Weak Up: Tea
Breakfast: (7am to 8 am) Veg dish, Egg dish, Bread toasts, Butter, Jam, Tea, Sauces and Pickles.
Lunch: (1pm to 2 pm ) Mix Veg, Daal, Rice, Raita, Chapatti and Salad.
Evg. Snacks: Tea, Papad, Pea Nuts and Veg Pakode.
Dinner: (Dinner 9 pm to 10 pm) a perfect balance diet consisting of 2 Vegetable dishes (Paneer, Daal, 1 Seasonal Veg, Chicken, Rice, Indian bread (chapatti) Salad & Sweet after dinner.
